About the role
We are looking for a Sourcing Executive who will support in hiring for our mobility business
Responsibilities
- Recruiting and hiring driver & delivery partners
- Leading the team of onboarding executives & field recruiters to meet the team targets
- Build talent pool by market mapping
- Source resumes from already created database, Job Portals and employee referrals
- Shortlist and schedule interviews
- Build candidate pool/bench strength
- Coordinate with the onboarding team for further documentation process
Location & commitments
- Employment type : Full-time, Permanent
- Location : Bengaluru
- Working days : Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays
Candidate requirements
- Experience : Minimum 4 years of experience required in sourcing/driver hiring/bulk hiring/blue collar hiring
- Skills required: Good communication skills, Local area knowledge and language
- Education qualification: Bachelors in Engineering
