About the role
The Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the transformation of business processes within our Electric Mobility company. This position is responsible for analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing core business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. The BPR Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions that align with the company's strategic goals and sustainability objectives.
Responsibilities
- Process Analysis & Mapping: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement across the EV logistics, charging & enterprise operations
- Process Redesign: Develop and implement innovative process designs that enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and support the company's growth and sustainability objectives
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads, managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions to new processes, including training, communication, and support for affected teams
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of reengineered processes and ensure continuous improvement
- Technology Integration: Work with IT and engineering teams to leverage technology solutions, such as automation and data analytics, to support process improvements
- Documentation: Develop comprehensive process documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines for future reference and training purposes
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that redesigned processes comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, while also identifying and mitigating potential risks
Candidate Requirement
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business process reengineering, process improvement, or related roles within the logistics, supply chain, or electric vehicle industry
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement projects that resulted in significant efficiency gains and cost reductions
- Experience in the electric vehicle industry, particularly in logistics and charging infrastructure, is highly desirable
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
- Process Mapping: Proficiency in process mapping tools and methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time
- Change Management: Expertise in change management principles, with a focus on driving adoption and minimizing resistance to new processes
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with technology solutions used in process reengineering, including automation tools, data analytics platforms, and ERP systems
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in process analysis, documentation, and implementation
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Education qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a similar discipline is a plus
