KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee end-to-end management of EV assets across the lifecycle
- Ensure optimal utilization, performance, and uptime of the fleet
- Manage maintenance, repairs, and service partners
- Track asset health, cost, and inventory
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and SLAs
- Provide MIS reports and analytics to support decision making
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 10 to 12 years of experience in asset management / operations preferably in EV/Automotive / Fleet Industry
- Strong understanding of EV systems, maintenance & lifecycle
- Experience in vendor management and cost control
- Proficient in Excel and asset management systems
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
