About the role
The Assistant Manager – Admin will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations across logistics locations, ensuring smooth office functioning, vendor coordination, facility management, and compliance. The role supports operations teams by maintaining infrastructure, controlling admin costs, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations at offices, hubs, and logistics sites
- Manage facility management including housekeeping, security, utilities, pantry, and office upkeep
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, maintenance, transport, and support services
- Handle lease agreements, AMC contracts, vendor billing, and renewals
- Monitor and control administrative expenses; prepare MIS and reports
- Support employee onboarding/offboarding with ID cards, access, seating, and assets
- Ensure statutory and safety compliance (fire safety, hygiene, workplace standards)
- Experience in handling Shop and Estabilshment
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics support for employees when required
- Maintain records, documentation, and audits related to admin activities
Location & commitments
Employment type : Full-time, Permanent
Location : Navi Mumbai
Working days : Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays

Experience : Total 7+ years
Skills Required : In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies, Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles, Proficient in MS Office, An analytical mind with problem-solving skills, Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, A team player with leadership skills Education qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field
